Nashville Event Planning offers a variety of packages to fit every client's needs. We also offer a wide array of a la carte items that allows our clients to create their own unique package that fits their specific needs. Each of the packages below includes two coordinators and depending on the size of your wedding additional assistants can be added to the package to ensure that your wedding is properly staffed. A la carte items can be added to any package or packaged together separately to create a customized package.
An initial consultation is provided free of charge. Packages listed below start at $450.00 a detailed package description and price list is available upon request.
Gold Package:
Gold Package – Rehearsal and Ceremony Starting at $450.00
Already got your planning finished? No problem. This package offers the couple who planned their own wedding an opportunity to have someone else coordinate the details so that the vision the couple has is realized on the most important day of their life.
- Unlimited discussions via email, phone, and 2 in person discussions
- Vendor confirmation
- Coordination of the rehearsal (if not run by officiate if so we can assist)
- Checking on facility the day of rehearsal and ceremony.
- Wedding day schedule creation and distribution
- Coordination of the ceremony
- Assist with distribution of bridal flowers and assist with pinning of flowers for bridal party
- Coordinating with photographer on pictures before and after ceremony.
- Up to 5 hours total of coordination between rehearsal and the day of your wedding
- Emergency kit in both bridal dressing rooms.

Platinum Package:
Platinum Package – Ceremony and Reception $1600.00
This package offers some assistance to couples who want to plan their own wedding, but want some help in a few of the more stressful areas of the wedding planning process. We can help with all those details so the bride can focus on her special day.
** Includes Gold Package
- Unlimited discussions via email or phone, and 5 in person consultations
- Assistance with budget planning
- Wedding day schedule creation and distribution
- Coordination of the rehearsal (if not run by officiate if so we will assist)
- Coordination of the ceremony
- Coordination of the reception
- Will provide bottled water and snack tray for bridal party on the day of ceremony
- Vendor selection assistance and confirmation including: Catering and setup; Wedding cake delivery and setup; Music schedule or work with DJ or musicians
- Seating plan assistance
- Arrange receiving line or grand entrance
- Arrange first dance for wedding couple, father/daughter dance
- Check on gift table and registry
- Coordinate wedding cake cutting
- Departure of couple
- Up to 8 hours total of coordination on the day of your wedding
- Emergency kit in both bridal dressing rooms

Diamond Package:
Diamond Package – Our Full Planning Service $2,500.00
This package is designed for the couple who would rather someone else take charge of the entire planning process. All you need is an imagination and we will take care of the rest. Our goal is to take your ideas and your vision and make it a reality. Our team will carefully plan every aspect of your wedding. This package includes, but is not limited to:

- Unlimited discussions via email, phone, or 10 in person
- Vendor selection assistance and confirmation (As listed in Platinum Package)
- Budget planning
- Assist in finding vendor for save the date cards (postage and printing not included)
- Seating plan assistance
- Confirm RSVPs
- Assist with reserving rooms for out-of-town guests
- Assist with preparing baskets for out-of-town guests and placing them in rooms (price of product not included)
- Assist with bridesmaid luncheon
- Assist with securing hotel room for the wedding night
- Wedding day schedule creation and distribution
- Coordination of the rehearsal (if not run by officiant if so will assist)
- Coordination of the ceremony
- Coordination of the reception
- Up to 12 hours total of coordination on the day of your wedding
- Set up sedan or limousine service for bride and groom when leaving ceremony
- Emergency kit for both bridal dressing rooms
